Bullinger notes that this is one of the places where the Sopherim, ancient biblical scribes, changed the text from Jehovah to Lord out of a mistaken reverence for this holy name of God. This list of changes is found in the margin of the Massorah, the ancient authoritative Hebrew text. The changes are well documented in Ginsburg's Introduction to the Hebrew Bible.
