4. Jehovah God=

Yehovah (3068)-Elohyim<= /span> (430) 243 occurrences

Old Testament phrases #4-7 are found very abundantly = in the Old Testament. It seemed simpler to account for the various translations of= the phrases in the King James Bible rather than to cite all of the various nuan= ces of the Hebrew phrases. In other words, simply for the sake of illustration,= the searches on the Old Testament were run on the English of the King James Ver= sion rather than the Hebrew of the Old Testament.

However, because of the Old Testament phrase Adonay Jehovah is translated in the King James Version in the same way as Jehovah Elo= hyim (Lord God), I’ve run this search on Jehovah Ello= him without the use of pronomial suffixes. Although= the meaning of the phrases and the general count of their appearance in the Old Testament will remain about the same, searches using other Old Testament translations and with fewer or greater Hebrew limits may come out a little differently than the illustrative samples given for Old Testament phrases #= 4-7.
